1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are granted only if:
● You face a genuine technical issue preventing course access
● You request the refund on the same day of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Situations
● If you change your mind after purchase
● If you’ve accessed/downloaded 25% or more of the content
● If you’re absent during live mentorship/internship sessions
3. Refund Process
● Email us at connect@interngrad.in with:
○ Your registered email
○ Transaction ID
○ Reason for refund
● Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
via the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
● You may cancel your course within the eligibility window.
● No refunds are issued for promotional discounts or
bundles.

Student Code of Conduct – InternGrad
To maintain a healthy learning environment, InternGrad expects
all learners to follow this Code of Conduct:
You Must:
● Attend sessions and complete tasks sincerely
● Be respectful to mentors, peers, and company reps
● Submit only original work
● Communicate professionally in all chat groups, forums, or
live sessions.
You Must NOT:
● Harass, spam, or troll others
● Use fake profiles or share false information
● Plagiarize assignments or exam content
● Use InternGrad content for commercial gain.
Violation May Lead To:
● Warning or suspension
● Certificate withdrawal
● Placement/internship cancellation
● Permanent account ban (without refund)
