Shipping Policy – InternGrad
At InternGrad, we offer both digital services and, in select cases,
physical merchandise (e.g., certificates, goodies, learning kits).
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your
items are delivered.
1. Digital Product Delivery (Courses, Certificates,
Documents)
● All digital products including courses, certificates, project
templates, and reports are delivered via:
○ Registered Email Address
○ InternGrad Dashboard / Student Portal
● Delivery Timeline: Within 24–48 hours of successful
enrollment/payment.
● In case you do not receive your digital material within the
expected time, please contact:

2. Physical Product Shipping (If applicable)
For InternGrad merchandise, printed certificates, or
physical kits (if introduced in the future)
● Shipping Locations: Currently we ship within India only.
● Shipping Charges: Free for select items; Charges based
on location & item.
● Shipping Time: Based on location
● Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via email once the
product is dispatched.
3. Non-Delivery / Wrong Address
● InternGrad is not responsible for non-delivery due to
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided
by the customer.
● If a package is returned, re-shipping charges will
apply.
